The beginning of the month means the beginning of a new designer competition. This time we challenge all of you creatives out there to show us what you’ve got when it comes to staying in (or out of) the lines. So dust off your gauche, bring out your tablet and maybe even dig up your old crayon set because this month we are hosting a good old fashion colouring contest! Yep, time to relive your childhood dreams and if you win, we fully support your decision to gloat to all the neighbouring cubicle kids. As usual the winner will receive the Display library and a print of your masterpiece.

This months Designer Competition is all about patterns! Send us your best designer pattern and we will showcase them in a month long competition, where the winner takes all! And by ALL of course we mean the entire Display Library as well we their winning design printed on a 36″ x36″ sheet to use as wrapping paper for the upcoming holidays!
WIN A SET OF ISSUES 1 THROUGH 4 OF DISPLAY MAGAZINE. We all watched it, a battle of Canada’s political heavyweights. Like many other Canadians the DISPLAY team was glued to the tv watching the incoming election results. Whether you were happy, sad, or apathetic we are asking you, our fellow DISPLAY’ers, to help us illustrate the election results in a way that might make even the most staunch left-winger smile. Infographics are graphic visual representations of information or data showcased in a thoughtful and interesting way. Your mission is to interpret the election in your own infographic for us by May 31st. We will post the winning submission the following week. Good luck contestants!
