Adrian Buitenhuis is a visual artist and filmmaker based in Vancouver, Canada with an MFA from Simon Fraser University. His current project is directing and producing a feature-length documentary on the recent discovery of ancient rock art on the Arnhem Land Plateau in Northern Australia. The film is being complimented by a travelling exhibition and a book. Buitenhuis makes photographs and collage as part of his daily practice. He is represented by the Jay Whitney Brown Gallery, Los Angeles.
